The Forest of Bowland was designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in 1964 and provides some of the most peaceful and remote walking , cycling , wildlife-watching and star-gazing in the country. The Crumbly Lancashire Cheese Trail
This walk takes you right past Orchard Glamping so guests can jump on the trail. It takes approx 3 hrs being 6 miles long. Wild Fox Distillery - 'Chin Chin!!'
THURSDAY GIN TASTINGS AND DISTILLERY TOUR EVENINGS Based in the warm and welcoming distillery every second Thursday of the month 7pm-9pm we host a gin tasting.
Upon arrival you will be greeted and seated by one of our team, Dawn, Lizzie or Rob or if you are really lucky all 3 of us! They will keep seating arrangements to no more than 6 people per table so you can enjoy a relaxed and informal evening, or if you are attending as part of a larger group don’t worry, we will accommodate your requirements.
At your place you will have your 6 double gins ready to ice & tonic together with expert tasting notes that will guide you through each sip, water & neutral biscuits to cleanse your palate, you will then be led through a farm to bottle journey by one of our distillers explaining exactly how the gin right in front of you has been crafted, whilst also sharing our story and wander table by table to chat to you all individually so you are able to ask however many questions you like!
Food Truck Fridays
At least one Friday per month Wild Fox welcome our resident chef, Chris Smith from Northern Fire & Grill to bring his culinary delights to our distillery!
The vibe is chilled, great craic, great music, great drinks and top-notch grub! An informal sociable evening running from opening at 12noon – 10pm. Food served from 5.30 -8.30pm. No bookings. All Welcome
